In short: share honestly, respect other people, protect privacy, avoid unsafe fitness claims, and use the reporting tools when something does not belong in the community.
1. Eligibility and Scope
These guidelines apply to all content and conduct in TempoKit community features, including nicknames, profile details, published training summaries, notes, comments, likes, follows, reports, and other interactions. They apply alongside the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
You must meet the age and other eligibility requirements that apply to your Apple account and local law. You are responsible for activity through your TempoKit account. Do not allow another person to use your account to evade a restriction or enforcement action.
2. Respectful Conduct
Engage with the person behind the training data. Constructive disagreement is welcome; abuse is not.
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, shame, stalk, or encourage others to target someone.
- Do not attack people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or another protected characteristic.
- Do not sexualize others, make unwanted sexual remarks, or exploit minors or vulnerable people.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
- Respect blocks and boundaries. Do not create or use another account to contact someone who has blocked you.
3. Prohibited Content and Activity
Do not post, request, promote, facilitate, or link to content involving:
- Credible threats, graphic violence, glorification of violence, or instructions to harm a person or animal
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors
- Instructions, encouragement, or graphic promotion of suicide, self-harm, or dangerous challenges
- Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, account theft, malware, or attempts to compromise TempoKit or another service
- Content that unlawfully discriminates, defames, deceives, or violates another person's rights
- Attempts to bypass product safeguards, access another account, or interfere with community operations
Context matters. Good-faith discussion of recovery, safety, or newsworthy events may be allowed when it does not instruct, celebrate, or facilitate harm.
4. Privacy and Personal Safety
Share only information you are comfortable making visible to other signed-in users. Published training summaries, notes, comments, nicknames, and profile information may be seen by others.
- Do not reveal another person's home address, precise location, contact details, financial information, credentials, medical records, or other sensitive information without permission.
- Do not use training times, routes, or habits to track, intimidate, or endanger someone.
- Do not pressure another user to move a conversation off-platform or disclose personal information.
- Do not post images, text, or training information belonging to someone else unless you have the right and permission to share it.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. TempoKit's reporting and support channels are not emergency response services.
5. Fitness Content and Health Claims
TempoKit community content reflects individual experiences and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care. Training results vary by person.
- Do not guarantee results or present an unverified fitness, nutrition, or health claim as established fact.
- Do not pressure people to train through pain, injury, exhaustion, unsafe conditions, or medical restrictions.
- Do not promote extreme, disordered, or deliberately dangerous training practices.
- Clearly distinguish personal experience from professional guidance, and do not misrepresent qualifications.
Use your own judgment, stop activity when necessary, and consult a qualified professional about health concerns or before beginning a demanding training program.
6. Spam, Manipulation, and Authenticity
Community interactions should reflect genuine participation.
- Do not repeatedly post the same or substantially similar content, irrelevant promotions, referral schemes, or unsolicited advertising.
- Do not buy, sell, trade, or artificially inflate likes, follows, comments, or other engagement.
- Do not use scripts, bots, coordinated accounts, or deceptive tactics to manipulate feeds, reports, rankings, or community metrics.
- Do not falsify training summaries, identity, credentials, sponsorships, or commercial relationships in order to mislead others.
- Do not submit reports to harass a user, suppress lawful criticism, or manipulate enforcement.
7. Intellectual Property
Share only content you created or have permission to use. Do not copy or distribute copyrighted text, images, trademarks, or other protected material in a way that infringes another person's rights. Giving credit does not by itself create permission.
Rights holders may contact 935932000@qq.com with a clear description of the work, the allegedly infringing content, where it appears in TempoKit, and contact information for follow-up. We may request additional information needed to evaluate a report.
8. Reporting, Enforcement, and Appeals
Reporting
Use the in-app report action for a post, comment, or profile that may violate these guidelines. Include enough context to help identify the issue. You can also block a user to remove their content from your community experience. For issues that cannot be reported in the app, contact 935932000@qq.com.
Enforcement
Depending on available information and the nature of the issue, TempoKit may take action such as limiting visibility, removing content, restricting features, or suspending or terminating an account. We consider factors including context, severity, potential harm, and prior violations. We may preserve relevant records or disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address a credible safety or security concern.
Appeals
To request review of an enforcement decision, email 935932000@qq.com with your TempoKit nickname, the affected content or action, and why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the decision.
9. Repeat and Severe Violations
Repeated violations may lead to progressively stronger restrictions, including account termination. A single severe violation may result in immediate restriction or termination when warranted by safety, legal, or service-integrity concerns. Creating another account to evade enforcement is itself a violation.
10. Changes and Contact
These guidelines may be updated as TempoKit's community features, risks, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. When appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated in the app or through another available channel.
Questions about these guidelines can be sent to 935932000@qq.com. For product help, visit the TempoKit Support page.
