TempoKit is a cadence and tempo training app intended for personal fitness, practice, and self-improvement use only.

2. No Medical Advice

TempoKit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgment during physical activity and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

3. Subscriptions

TempoKit may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Any free trial or promotional offer, if available, will be shown in the App Store purchase flow and is governed by Apple's billing rules and availability.

5. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of TempoKit is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its branding, design, and content are owned by the developer of TempoKit and may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the app
• Reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law
• Use the app in a way that creates unreasonable safety risk

8. Disclaimer

TempoKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of TempoKit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
